Rang 3 companies regarding gates .. the lads at helions Forge called me straight back arranged a site visit / arrived on time / did a survey - sent me a few Ai examples via email of how it was going to look - we picked a gate style / we added a couple extras - underground motors & extra fobs & a pedestrian gate - timeframe given / price given - from dates to the price nothing deviated & great communication throughout the process.
Extremely pleased with the new system.
If your thinking of using this company then have please do so-

as stated in line one/ 1st company didnt call back / one guy told me to call original installers but” helions forge”
Took the call took the job & gave me what i needed &
What i wanted.

James and Stuart were brilliant from start to finish. It wasn’t a straightforward job at all, and they had to come out several times, but they never gave up on it. They really took the time to figure out the issue properly and came up with practical solutions instead of just suggesting brand new motors, especially given how dated the gate system is. Really appreciate their persistence and problem-solving — couldn’t have asked for better service.

Helions Forge is a fantastic company. From sending over the quote, to creating our bespoke gate and installing it - they have been great.

Nick and Finn were the installers and they did an excellent job. Super friendly guys and couldn’t be happier with my new gate.

Thanks again to the team!

We chose Helions Forge because of their impressive website initially.
Stuart visited us to survey and we were very confident that our project was in safe hands! Their quotation was very favourable compared to other quotes we had received.
The work was scheduled and carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Every member of the Helions Team was courteous and a pleasure to work with. Lots of communication and feedback throughout. The ‘Tech’ was particularly impressive!! 😃
Really great job by Stuart and his guys!
Would thoroughly recommend this company and welcome prospective clients to come and view our gates and the excellent installation!
11 out of 10 for us!!! 🤩🤩🤩

We wanted bespoke railings, sympathetic to the look of our house, for non-standard steps. The designs duly met our expectations and the installation was careful, neat and solid. An efficient and friendly service from the whole team. Highly recommended.

Really great service. They did what they said they would do, the fencing looks great and the installation team were excellent. It was not a straightforward installation but nothing short of perfection was good enough.

Helions Forge have been a fabulous company to us. They made our bespoke gates which really have the WOW factor.

We also enjoyed how they all engaged with us, & encouraged us to visit so we could see how they were progressing.

We were given a prompt quote and told how long they expected the process to take, all done in a timely manner. The fitting also went very smoothly

Thank you

Stuart, James and the team were excellent to deal with and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process of having our new automated driveway gates fit.

The gates work very well and have provided better security for our house. They link with our phone for easy opening and closing, and look fantastic.

Would highly reccomend Helions Forge to anyone looking for automated gates, or manual gates.

Helions Forge gave prompt, efficient and helpful service to replace our railings that were damaged by a car crashing into them. They are a good match for what was there. Many thanks.
